Can I apply the Black Friday discount to my existing subscription?

No. The Black Friday week discount is only valid for new TimeChimp customers. If you already have a subscription with TimeChimp, you are unfortunately not entitled to a 40% discount on your annual subscription.

Can I still access my data if I cancel my subscription?

After cancelling your subscription you can still retrieve your data. Therefore, you can always view or export data, even when can no longer perform new actions.
