Can I easily switch between different subscriptions later?

It is possible to switch between different subscriptions at any time via the tool. When you upgrade, it takes effect immediately, regardless of whether you have a monthly or annual subscription. In the event of a downgrade, the change takes effect with monthly payment in the next month, and when paid annually on the invoice date. Please note that annual payment is associated with a discount on the invoice. Also, note that you may miss features after a downgrade.

If you choose Advanced or Professional, there is a monthly base fee on top of that. If you opt for annual billing, you will receive a discount. How do you calculate the subscription price?

At TimeChimp, you pay a fixed amount per user per month for each subscription. This amount varies depending on the plan you choose (Essential, Advanced, or Professional) and whether you pay monthly or annually. The Advanced and Professional packages come with a basic amount. If you choose to use one or more add-ons, these additional costs will be added to your subscription fee. With a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. If you opt for an annual subscription, you can only cancel it at the end of the term, with a minimum of 1 month's notice. To illustrate, if you choose an advanced annual subscription for 5 users (seats) and also want the customer portal, you pay a base fee of €19 per month, plus €11 per seat per month. In addition, there is the customer portal for €49 per month. So a total of €228 per year for the base fee, €660 for the 5 seats and €588 per year for the customer portal. So a total of €1,476 per year.
