What are these new packages based on?

Our new packages are based on offering maximum value, flexibility and fairness to our customers. We've introduced a base fee to keep costs per user low and offer predictable, fixed costs for the functionalities that your organization uses. Add-ons such as the customer portal and custom domain have been made available so that customers only pay for the functionalities they actually need. This ensures a transparent pricing structure and a clear package focus. In addition, we offer a basic and advanced API, where the advanced API offers higher usage limits, a PowerBI connection and a template. For larger customers, we are introducing seat bundles starting at 50 seats, which offers flexibility in adding or removing seats and makes for easier administration. These new packages are designed to meet the specific needs of different customer segments and support growth.

Why are there seat bundles?

Seat bundles were introduced to provide maximum flexibility for larger customers with more than 50 users. These bundles make it easy to add or remove seats as needed, which is ideal for companies in a growth phase. As a result, customers don't have to worry about seat management as much. In addition, seat bundles provide fewer invoices and easier, clearer administration.

What is the difference between the basic API and the advanced API?

The difference between the basic API and the advanced API lies in the usages and extras. The basic API has an adjusted rate limit, ideal for less intensive applications. For customers who want to make a lot of API calls, the advanced API, which offers higher limits, is recommended. In addition, the advanced API includes a PowerBI connection and a template, which adds extra value for data analysis and reporting.
