Introduction
In your role as Growth Marketer at TimeChimp, you dive deep into data to gain smart insights to take our marketing strategy to the next level. You spot opportunities, formulate hypotheses and effortlessly translate numbers into action. Experimentation is your daily business: A/B tests, growth hacks and smart funnels form your playing field, where you continuously optimize to achieve maximum impact.
You invent and create content that not only informs, but really touches — whether it's campaigns, emails or social posts. In addition, you ensure that everything reaches the right target group via the right channels. You work closely with our product team, sales and other colleagues to strengthen the entire customer journey, from first touchpoint to loyal fan. Everything you do is focused on growth — and you know exactly what buttons to push to get that done.

Responsibilities
If Growth Marketer at TimeChimp, you are responsible for the entire marketing funnel. Your focus is on three important pillars:
- Acquisition: You attract new users through smart campaigns and various channels.
- Activation: You ensure smooth onboarding that quickly shows users the value of TimeChimp.
- Retention: You develop strategies to keep users happy and retain them for the long term.
You work closely with the product team and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with the needs and behaviors of our customers.
Skills
You have the skills to make an impact and get energy from experimenting and optimizing marketing strategies. You have experience in analyzing data and know how to translate these insights into concrete actions that stimulate growth.
