Job description
As Marketing Lead, you are the expert for all marketing related issues. You manage the team based on KPIs and maintain an overview of all ongoing activities. With your knowledge and marketing skills in the SaaS world, you are a driving force in the team. As a marketing lead at TimeChimp, you are responsible for developing and executing strategies. You measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, analyze market trends and optimize ROI while working with diverse teams. After all, you are not only busy with your own tasks, but also with supervising and inspiring team members. You create an efficient work environment with the aim of increasing the number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Responsibilities
- Content calendar. Monitor the content calendar and ensure a consistent stream of valuable and relevant content across channels.
- Collaboration with teams. Work closely with other departments to understand TimeChimp inside and out so that strong marketing communications and campaigns can be created.
- SEO strategy. Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve visibility in organic search results, traffic, and conversions.
- Customer journey optimization. Align marketing with sales goals in collaboration with the sales team and ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.
- Increasing online visibility. Work with the team to integrate SEO insights into paid campaigns to maximize overall online visibility and ROI.
- Coordinate the team. Optimize keywords, ad copy, and landing pages with the team for both organic and paid search strategies.
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads. Create strategies to generate qualified leads that increase sales opportunities.
- Analyzing results. Use analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Reporting to management and team. Prepare regular reports for management that present the team's impact on website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
Experience
- Training. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS. Proven track record in developing and implementing SEO strategies, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong leadership. You take the initiative in motivating and supervising team members, recognizing and developing their potential.
- Analytical skills. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.
- Communication skills. Strong communication skills in English and Dutch as well as ability to work effectively with teams across disciplines.
