Responsibilities
- Customer contact: You are in daily contact with customers via chat, mail and phone. You help them with questions about our application and ensure that they find the right solutions.
- advising: You will become an expert in our tool and help customers not only with immediate problems, but also with optimizing their work processes.
- Technical issues: You identify technical problems and, if necessary, forward them to the development team.
- Knowledgebase & content: Together with the team, you ensure that the knowledge base remains up to date and you create content, such as how-to videos, to support customers.
- Proactively contribute: You actively contribute ideas about how we can provide our customers with an even better service and suggest ways to improve our service.
Skills
You are helpful, autonomous, involved and strong in communication. You know how to ask questions, think in terms of solutions and know how to advise and help others with your clear way of communicating. You work in a structured way, have a no-nonsense mentality and are a real team player.
- You speak and write Dutch fluently.
- You are available at least 16 hours a week and on Mondays and/or Tuesdays and/or Thursdays
- Communicative skills: You know how to empathize with the customer. You can communicate clearly and in a friendly manner, even when you explain technical details.
- Problem solving ability: You are patient and can reason logically to arrive at the best solution for the customer.
- Technical interest: You are eager to learn and want to know everything about our application.
- Own initiative: You take the initiative to recognize patterns and help you think about improvements for both the customer and our internal processes.
